Site Communication

2018 communication tool is TBD

Purpose
-------
We use realtime chat for all contest operations the day of the contest. All sites
will need at least one person in the rooms to make sure that they can inform their
site of contest events.

Room Setup
----------
We will have a few rooms so we can keep cross-talk to a minimum for major communications

**operations**
  The main room where all contest notifications will go, this includes things like
  contest start/stop notifications as well as video chat links for talks before
  and after the competition

**issues**
  Any contest issues can be brought up here. This includes things like contest image
  and contest machine problems

  All other conversations
